10am~Low Mass

11-11:40am~Light refreshment

11:45am-12:15pm~Spiritual talk: “How to make meditation” 

12:15-12:45pm~Personal meditation or reading

12:50-1:20pm~Spiritual talk: “Live Liturgical year to grow spiritually”

1:20 -1:30pm~Recitation of the Divine Office of None

1:40-2:15pm~Personal meditation or reading

2:15-2:45pm~Snack

3pm~Recitation of the Holy Rosary in the monastery chapel, ending with a Marian hymn.

• Note: This retreat is offered by the IHM Oratory. Please, do not contact Mt. St Joseph Carmelite Monastery for registration.

• Also Please note that there will be No Mass at the chapel on Winchester, due to the retreat.

• Suggested Donation: $ 20 ( please put it in a donation box on the day of the retreat.)
