On Thursday, December 22nd, there will be a Rorate Mass at 6:00 a.m. It is called “Rorate” from the opening words of the Introit from the Mass of Our Lady in Advent and is celebrated before daybreak and by candlelight. For those wishing additional light, please bring your own candles.

Long-time members of the “Latin Mass Group” fondly remember Father Reginald DeFour CSSp, one of the eight priests who offered Mass for us at St. Agnes Church in Oakland.
Father DeFour died in San Diego, California on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 at age 87.
The Schola Gregoriana of the Saint Gregory Institute of Sacred Music, along with the MPBOJ Schola Cantorum, will offer a special liturgical presentation of Gabriel Fauré’s setting of the Requiem Mass on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
Monsignor Joseph Lamonde died on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at age 73. Monsignor Lamonde, who retired from the United States Marine Corps after 30 years of service, became a great friend of Most Precious Blood of Jesus Parish.
His funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, November 22 at 10:00 a.m. at Most Precious Blood of Jesus Parish by Bishop William Waltersheid.
