For the seventh year, the Institute of Christ the King will return to beautiful Mount Saint Joseph for the annual Music Camp. It will take place from Sunday, August 7 to Friday, August 12, 2016. Registration is open for children and young adults ages 10-24.

Nestled among the rolling hills of Maple Mount, Kentucky, the Ursuline Motherhouse provides an ideal setting for our week-long workshop on Sacred Music and a terrific Summer Camp experience for our youngsters. The generously hospitable facilities include air-conditioned classrooms, a spacious dining hall and rehearsal rooms, as well as ample outdoor areas for organized recreational activities. (Children's activities will be supervised.)

Throughout the week, all participants will be immersed daily in music making. The choristers attend classes in Latin, Gregorian chant, music theory, and vocal technique. Young adult participants will attend special classes in composition and score study as well as rehearsal technique.  Spiritual Conferences are given by the attending Chaplain.

Daily Mass in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite in the excellent acoustic of the Ursuline Motherhouse Chapel. In addition to the music program, the campers will also enjoy many fun activities guided by the camp counselors. Space is limited.
