During the week of September 19, the clerical oblates serving in the Institute's American province spent several days in quiet recollection and intense prayer during their annual retreat.

 

Nourished by their presence at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Holy Eucharist, by spiritual conferences preached by our canons, and private prayer steeped in a holy silence, the oblates had an opportunity to step away for a short while from their busy lives helping our canons across the country.

 

Pray that our oblates, spiritually reinvigorated, may continue to spread the reign of Christ our King through their service for the Church and for our canons!
