THERE HAS BEEN MUCH PROGRESS IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS!
Thanks to the volunteer crews and their unbelievably hard work, infrastructure is proceeding at a nice pace. The volunteers have certainly paved the way for the outside contractors to begin much of their work.

The heating and air conditioning contractors are hard at work. It is estimated that the building will have the new HVAC system working in about a month.

This picture shows some of the underground insulated metal duct work that will get the air to all areas of the church. The deep trenches were HAND-DUG by volunteers frequently working flat on their stomachs. The Oratory will never be able to thank these members for their contributions.

...more of the ducting as in passes through the floor joists to openings in the future flooring.

SMALL BUT MIGHTY...this photo shows new boilers being installed on concrete pads in the church dungeon that were poured by the volunteers. These boilers are extremely efficient, state-of-the-art equipment.

Some of the complex control panels the the process of installation...

This shows part of the circulating pump configuration that will move hot and cold water through the piping

MORE ACTIVITY UNDERWAY

The photo above shows some of the plumbing being installed in the floor of the new restroom which is off the vestibule on the north side of the building.

Volunteers are preparing to pour the new concrete pillar-post that will provide much more support for the choir loft above.
