Saint Joseph Oratory's Participation in the 40 Days for Life in Green Bay

Dear Christian warriors for the unborn!

The Oratory has accepted its responsibility for the Noon to 2pm shift on Saturdays.

More volunteers to pray and do penance for the unborn babies, for a change of heart and of unjust laws causing the killing of the most innocent.

We offer and pray for a conversion of hearts that the killing of babies and the hurting of women stops! Please sign up here.

We need more volunteers to cover on the following Saturdays Noon-2pm. Feb 25, Mar 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. Come and pray the Rosary with us! I'll be there when I am able.

Two shifts are being put in place. Please mark your preference. Prayer warriors for each Saturday are preferred, since we don't have many volunteers yet, but you can also mark specific dates, if that is all you can do to other commitments.

For the time being I am the contact person, but I hope one of you will be willing to take over. If you cannot come or need to communicate with other participants of the Oratory please call me at the rectory at 920-437-9660.

Please understand that you are making a commitment and do not sign up if you do not see it as such. REMEMBER, it's only six times! Once I have the final shift schedule it will be emailed to you.

God reward your generous hearts!

Canon Hellmann

TRAINING FOR NEW ALTAR SERVERS

To be an altar boy is more than just to be an altar boy! It is a unique chance and a privilege for your son to draw closer to Jesus by doing what should be reserved to the Angels.

He may serve if he has sufficient age (normally First Communion age, but exceptions are made), if he has the desire to serve (do not “push”, encourage), and if he attends the scheduled practices.

Please sign up online by clicking here.
